Monica Wolf, Managing Partner of Wolf Consulting LLC, specializes in the beverage alcohol and allied industries as a consultant. She is an active member of the American Distilling Institute, the American Craft Spirits Association and Bourbon Women.

Monica attended Mount St. Mary's University where she received her B.S. in Business Management and her MBA. During her summers home in Kentucky, she interned at Buffalo Trace Distillery, learning about the bourbon business and the spirits industry.

After completing her degrees, Monica spent four years at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Baltimore, Maryland, where she spent two years in the Professional Development Program and two years as a financial analyst in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance group. She then took a senior financial analyst position in the Federal group at Deloitte Consulting in Arlington, Virginia.

Throughout her years in Baltimore and Arlington, Monica assisted her father Richard in the research and writing of business plans for craft distilleries, continuing her learning and growth in the spirits industry. She left Deloitte Consulting in November 2014 to follow her passions: bourbon and events. She relocated to Louisville, Kentucky and joined Richard with Wolf Consulting LLC where she assists in multiple areas of the business. She recently started an events company, Entrepreneurial Spirits LLC, that hosts tastings and corporate events at a venue in Butchertown as well as local craft distilleries.

Monica works at the spirits judging events and conventions for the American Distilling Institute and the American Craft Spirits Association. She assists in organizing over 600+ spirits entered, works with both the judges and back room staff and is currently planning the Consumer Tasting Event for the 2017 ACSA Convention in Nashville. She also enjoys serving members and their guests as the Bourbon Ambassador at Churchill Downs.
